| HB 0439 | – | Requires all suppliers of electricity to disclose information on generation attributes quarterly to customers and to others on request. The bill also establishes a Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS); the amount of renewable energy required from retail suppliers gradually increase until 2015 when 6% of electricity generated must come from renewable sources.
