Registration

The online registration for the 2010 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and Expo is now closed. Walk-up registrations will be taken on-site starting at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 2. Anyone attending the Conference and Expo must be registered.

All expo attendants must have a paid conference registration to work the booths. Vending is not allowed by those other than paid exhibitors.

Registration Fees
The registration fee for the Conference is $240 per person (late registration fee is $290 per person after March 31 or $340 per person after April 20) and includes all events Sunday through Tuesday, except the Bakken-Three Forks Core Workshops and Oil PAC Social. Online registration closes April 30, 2010.

Confirmation
A confirmation page will appear once you have registered, which you may print for your records. If you pay by credit card, your payment will be processed automatically and a receipt will be sent to you via email. If you choose to pay by check, please make checks payable to Williston Basin Petroleum Conference and promptly mail to:

On-site Conference registration will open at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Bismarck Civic Center.

Cancellation Policy
There will be a $30 processing fee for cancellations after April 1 and no refunds after April 28, 2010. Please note, registration increases to $290 on April 1 and $340 on April 21. For planning purposes, we encourage you to register early. We also encourage you to send substitutes, if possible, at no additional charge.

Booth cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your booth, please notify Marsha at 701.223.6380 or email ndpc@ndoil.org. There will be no refund for cancellations after March 15.

Media:
Members of the media who plan to cover the conference must register as "Media" using a special code. Please e-mail info@ndoil.org to request the code. Once your press credentials have been received, a staff member of Liffrig Communications will contact you with conference information.

Attire:
Sunday – casual
Monday and Tuesday – business
Exhibitors – company/business brand

Conference apparel and promotional items:
If your company is interested in offering free apparel or promotional items at the Conference, contact Troy Jochim at IGEAR for all your printing and embroidery needs such as:
