Exhibitors

All exhibit booths have been SOLD.

All expo attendants must have a paid conference registration to work the booths. You can register here beginning February 17. Vending is not allowed by those other than paid exhibitors.

The Conference will feature an Expo in the Bismarck Civic Center Exhibit Hall. The Expo in 2008 was a sell-out, so reserve your booth early. There will be space for more than 270 booths, as well as limited outdoor space for large demonstrations, trucks, and other displays which should be a great addition to the conference. To reserve a booth, go to the registration page. To reserve equipment space, complete the online exhibitors registration. Booth reservations will be updated online periodically.

Set up times: Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Take down time: Tuesday starting at noon.

Types of booths available:
  • Exhibit Hall (for loading/unloading access, see Civic Center compound link below.)
  • Lobby
  • Outdoor exhibits will be located in Lot A directly adjacent to the exhibit hall. All assignments will be made based on space availability and outdoor exhibit registration must be paid before a space will be assigned. Contact Dave Hvinden at 701-328-8037 for further information.

Hard Line Secure Internet Access
With a large number of exhibitors, you may experience difficulty accessing the wireless Internet. You have the option to purchase a hard line which will ensure secured access to the Internet. The cost of the hard line is an additional $50. Unsecured DSL wireless Internet is available in the Civic Center facilities free of charge under the network: “bcc.” This access is limited to available areas, numbers of users, and usages.

Set-up Services and Additional Furnishings
You may order additional furnishings and booth set-up services through Specialized Management. To place an order, complete the online PDF form, print and fax it to (800) 473-5301. Contact Specialized Management at (701) 223-9448 or Info@specializedmanagement.com with any questions.

Freight Services

The Bismarck Civic Center will only accept freight from Jobbers Warehouse.
Pre-registration is required by Jobbers Warehouse. So please log onto: www.jobberswarehouse.com/cfs.
