Storm WaterWith the conclusion of the highly successful, award-winning Regional Storm Water Coordination Program (RSWC) and the Regional Storm Water Association (RSWA), the eleven Red River Basin (RRB) members who participated in these projects over the past six years will continue to work together under the guidelines established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, North Dakota Department of Health, and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
