| • | Continue to assist small communities with water management issues. |
| • | Provide continued assistance and support to the Red River Basin Riparian Project. |
| • | Participate in regional total maximum daily load (TMDL) projects being developed by Minnesota and North Dakota regulatory agencies. |
| • | Gather and synthesize information available and conduct research concerning the impact of drain tile from a local and regional hydrologic and water quality viewpoint. |
| • | Work with Cass County staff to promote and facilitate the protection of delicate ecosystems within the county. |
| • | Continue groundwater monitoring and assessment at a swine production facility |
| • | Continue evaluation of the Waffle® Concept for flood control/drought mitigation. |
