Diabetes Quality Care Monitoring System (DQCMS)
DQCMS is an office-based patient care tracking system that allows clinicians to monitor and evaluate the level of care provided to diabetic patients and identify areas for quality improvement efforts. It includes preprogrammed reports to identify patients in need of preventive care and clinical follow-up services. DQCMS was designed for the Montana Diabetes Project and has been installed in over 85 clinics in Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. DQCMS is a MS Access-based software that can be either installed as a stand-alone application or networked to be accessed by multiple users. In addition to DQCMS, the RIS Group developed DQCMS-NW, an MS SQL Server/Visual Basic application of DQCMS, for implementation in larger facilities, and a prevention module, called the Primary Prevention Quality Care Monitoring System (PPQCMS).

Resource Management System (RMS)
The Resource Management System (RMS) was developed by the EERC for internal financial project management. RMS provides the EERC with timely and accurate financial information on current and proposed funding. Individual project managers use RMS to plan and manage the financial resources, including personnel, required to meet the project objectives. RMS provides decision makers with financial status reports, including the projection of future personnel requirements.
