The EERC has a global reputation for excellence in forming partnerships with the private sector in order
to commercialize technology. Opportunities for technology commercialization are dramatically enhanced if
these private sector partnerships begin with the initiation of a research and development program. The
EERC is seeking creative, talented, and passionate individuals for technical and support positions to
enhance a partnership approach.
The EERC is looking for aggressive, market-oriented professionals with exceptional work attitudes,
dedication, and a commitment to personal development to enhance current projects and build future
programs. We also provide opportunities for inventors of commercialized technologies to share in the
profits.
Salaries are commensurate with technical, managerial, and/or business development capabilities. Our
exceptional
benefits package
includes opportunities for continuing education. We consider all applicants.
Opportunities for Students
Each year, the EERC employs approximately 50 students from the University of North Dakota and other
universities, ranging from undergraduates to postdoctorates. Students come from across the nation and
around the world to take advantage of the opportunity to gain firsthand experience working with the EERC's
multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.
