Scott C. Ayash is a Research Scientist at the EERC, where he is currently working for the Plains CO₂ Reduction (PCOR) Partnership to evaluate the potential for carbon dioxide storage in geologic formations. He received his B.S. degree in Physics from North Dakota State University. Mr. Ayash’s principal areas of interest and expertise include the physical processes involved with the geologic storage of carbon dioxide and using these processes along with current risk analysis methodologies to create strategies that effectively assess and manage the risk associated with this storage technique.
