Mr. Harry M. Duchscherer
Server Administrator/ProgrammerHarry M. Duchscherer is a Server Administrator/Programmer at the EERC, where he administers all aspects of the database, Web, and geographic information system (GIS) servers, including implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, security, usage monitoring, and the development of specialized system procedures. In addition, he designs, develops, and maintains PC and Web-based software applications.
Mr. Duchscherer's principal areas of interest and expertise include server administration, database query writing, report design, and application development. He has experience with a variety of programming languages and operating systems including C++, ASP, GIS, Visual Basic, SQLServer, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Linux, Windows Server, and ESRI GIS products.
Mr. Duchscherer received his B.S.Ed. degree in Earth Science from Minot State University and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from UND.
