Susan P. Bartley, Manager of Human Resources, facilitates the recruitment and hiring of staff in accordance with University of North Dakota, state, and federal policies and procedures; administers the performance appraisal management system and salary administration policy; and facilitates and mediates management and personnel issues as necessary. Prior to her position, she served as the Personnel and Budget Officer for Student Health Services at the University of North Dakota. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
