Tera D. Buckley is a Marketing Research Specialist at the EERC, where she plans, designs, and implements market research, education, and technology transfer activities. She has worked in the areas of industrial waste management, hydrogen, biomass, and agriculture.

Ms. Buckley's principal areas of interest and expertise include developing and conducting research studies, conducting feasibility assessments, and producing marketing materials.

Ms. Buckley received her B.B.A. degree in Marketing from UND. She has authored and coauthored numerous technical publications.
