Donald R. Cox is a Project Resource Analyst at the EERC, where his principal areas of interest and expertise include conceptual development of proposal budgets, detailed management of reprogramming research project budgets to respond to research needs, personnel planning and projection, and cost management of multiple research budgets.

Mr. Cox received his B.S. degree in General Agriculture from Cornell University and his M.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to his position at the EERC, Mr. Cox held numerous administrative positions with the U.S. Air Force.
