Deb J. Haley is the Associate Director for Marketing, Outreach, and Administrative Resources at the EERC and has worked in the energy and environment field at UND for over 30 years. Ms. Haley's background has provided her with a fundamental understanding of the mission and goals of the EERC, and her position as a member of the senior management team is to assist in the development, marketing, and implementation of EERC programs. She is also responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of outreach programs; public relations and marketing; and management of the EERC Administrative Resources group, which includes Editing, Graphics, Centralized Systems, Satellite Systems, Human Resources, Communications, and the EERC Research Library.

Ms. Haley has served as the Project Manager and Coordinator on numerous projects, including the EERC's Air Quality Conferences, Western Fuels Symposiums, and Renewable Energy Conferences. She has coordinated or served in an oversight capacity for over 120 conferences, workshops, and short courses as well as various special events since 1988. Ms. Haley is a 2006 graduate of the Protocol School of Washington.
