Mr. Dennis L. Laudal
POSITION: Senior Research Advisor

Dennis L. Laudal is a Senior Research Advisor at the EERC. He received his M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from UND and his B.A. degree in Chemistry and Biology from Concordia College. Mr. Laudal is considered a leading authority on mercury measurement in flue gas. In 1999, he authored for ASTM International what is now referred to as the Ontario Hydro mercury speciation method. In addition to mercury measurement, Mr. Laudal's expertise includes air toxic control technologies, particulate characterization and control, SO3 measurement and control, and control technologies for SOx/NOx. Mr. Laudal has authored or coauthored more than 100 publications and contract reports.
