Mr. Dennis L. Laudal
POSITION: Principal Engineer

Denny L. Laudal, Principal Engineer at the EERC, received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from UND and his B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from Concordia College. Mr. Laudal is considered a leading authority on mercury measurement in flue gas. In 1999, he authored for the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) what is now referred to as the Ontario Hydro mercury speciation method. In addition to mercury measurement, Mr. Laudal's expertise includes air toxic control technologies, particulate characterization and control, SO3 measurement and control, and control technologies for SOx/NOx. Mr. Laudal has authored or coauthored more than 100 publications and contract reports.
