Linda K. Brown is Manager of the Resource Management Systems Group at the EERC, where she supports researchers, project managers, and upper management in the areas of cost management, personnel planning, cost projections, developing detailed cost proposals, managing and overseeing multiple project budgets, and maintaining the Resource Management Systems databases. She has several years of experience with federal and state contracts.
