Ray A. DeWall is a Research Scientist in Particulate Research at the EERC. He received his B.S. in Chemistry and Microbiology from South Dakota State University in 1982. Prior to his current position at the EERC, Mr. DeWall was a Research Chemist at the same facility. Mr. DeWall's current areas of interest and expertise involve flue gas sampling on bench-, pilot-, and full-scale systems, including boilers and power generation facilities. Mr. DeWall has extensive training in emission testing, sampling, and analyses. He also has experience in scanning electron microscopy. Mr. DeWall is a member of the American Chemical Society and has coauthored numerous publications.
