Advanced HybridTM Filter
The Advanced HybridTM filter is an emission control technology that removes fine particles from exhaust gases of coal-fired power plants, incinerators, and mineral-processing facilities as well as recaptures valuable product from process gases in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Advanced Powder Feed System
The advanced powder feed system provides accurate and precise delivery of finely powdered material at low flow rates. The EERC developed this system as an attachment for conventional, commercially available screw feeders.

Gasification Technology Expertise
The EERC's over 50-year history of working on a variety of gasification and support technologies sets it apart from other knowledge providers in the field. As an example, the EERC, which maintains numerous in-house demonstration facilities, was involved in the design and operational aspects of the Great Plains Synfuels Plant–North America's only gasification plant.

Lo-P Filter
The Lo-P Filter technology provides particulate matter emission control options down to particle sizes of 10 nanometers (nm) with minimal pressure drop. The Lo-P Filter is operable under challenging conditions such as widely varied temperatures, high dust loadings, and corrosive scenarios.

Mercury Control Technology
The EERC has developed state-of-the-art, cost-effective mercury control technologies with its partners and is leading the drive to commercialize these mercury control solutions. Effective technologies now exist to remove all forms of mercury from flue gas, and the technologies can be scaled for use in virtually any site facility.

Microgasification Technology
The microgasification technology is a packaged power generation system in the range of 10 kWe-1 MWe. Microgasification power generators provide energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients that have simultaneous waste disposal and power needs. Wood-based fuels (biomass) are the most common application; however, other agricultural residues and coal can be considered.

Unveil - Filter-Blinding Reversal Technology
The Unveil process provides in situ cleaning of blinded air or gas filtration fabrics that normally use mechanical processes to remove particulate matter (i.e., shaking or pulsing). This technology returns the aging filter to near-original performance specifications and extends its life, thereby increasing the economics of the filtration device.
