Registration Fee
The registration fee for this course is US$795 per person (late rate is US$925 per person after January 16, 2009). This fee includes two continental breakfasts (Wednesday and Thursday), two morning breaks (Wednesday and Thursday), one lunch (Wednesday), two afternoon breaks (Tuesday and Wednesday), evening social (Tuesday), and training course materials.

Training Course Policies
Registration Deadlines
You are encouraged to register as early as possible to ensure the early
registration rate and to allow ample opportunity to make travel arrangements. EERC
events do sell out, and registering by the early deadline helps secure your spot and
ensures that you receive all workshop materials. The early deadline for Hydrogen Works
is January 16, 2009.
Transfers and Workshop Cancellation
Your registration may be transferred to another person within your organization
at any time by notifying LaRae Foerster at (701) 777-5246.
In the event that the training course is cancelled by the EERC, any paid registration
fees will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations
made directly with an airline, hotel, or car rental agency are the responsibility
of the attendee.
Speakers and Sessions
The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their
respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, the EERC will
make every effort to replace them with one of comparable experience and
qualifications. As we continue to improve the quality of our program, the agenda
on this Web site may not reflect all continual changes made on a weekly or daily
basis. The final program will be posted on this site the week before the
training course begins.
Training Course Participant List
A hard copy participant list will be distributed to training course attendees
on-site. Electronic formats are not available to any attendee to protect the privacy
of participants.
The participant list is for networking purposes only and may not be used for
solicitation, marketing, or recruiting purposes; it may not be used as a directory or
incorporated into any other list, directory, or database. This list may not be
published or copied for any other individual or organization.
Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending the Hydrogen Works Training
Course (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact LaRae Foerster at
(701) 777-5246 or explain on the registration form, and we'll do our best to
accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Those who are unable to attend the training course are encouraged to send a substitute
at no additional charge. Cancellations received after February 2, 2009, will be assessed a $250 fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after
February 9, 2009.
