Exhibit Fees
Standard booth registration: $450 (includes one workshop registration)

Exhibit Benefits
Your booth fee includes:

• One 8' x 10' booth space.

Exhibit Schedule
Exhibits will be open during the opening registration, during all breaks, the Tuesday evening social, and during lunch. More information will be posted on this site as the workshop program is completed.

Setup
Setup will take place on Tuesday, July 15, between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. The workshop begins at 1:00 p.m. that afternoon. Any boxes or crates you have shipped will be located in the exhibit area at the setup time.

Teardown
Removal will occur on Wednesday, July 16, after 3:00 p.m. Early teardown is not permitted for any exhibitor. Your empty shipping crates will be returned to your booth in the exhibit area at the teardown time. Please make sure you bring return shipment labels; your materials will then be picked up and delivered directly to the shipping area for you.

Exhibitor Directory
An exhibitor directory will be printed and included in all attendee registration packets. The directory will include your company's name, mailing address, contact person, telephone number, e-mail, and Web site along with a brief (100-250-word) description of your company's service or product to be exhibited.

Shipping Information
Materials are shipped to and from the workshop by the exhibitor. Because of space constraints, booth shipments will be accepted at the EERC no earlier than Friday, July 11, 2008. Please address your boxes to:
