Presenter Guidelines
As a presenter at Air Quality VII, you are required to submit the following:
- Your registration form, which is your confirmation of participation
- A signed permission request form for all papers
- A biographical sketch
- An electronic copy of your paper (optional for poster presenters)
- An electronic copy of your PowerPoint® presentation
For your convenience, we have provided a step-by-step checklist to help you meet
the necessary requirements for presenting at Air Quality VII.

Submittal Deadlines
- Paper due: September 25, 2009
- PowerPoint due: October 9, 2009

Paper Presenters
| Paper Guidelines (PDF) |
- Papers must be e-mailed in MS Word (preferred), or Acrobat PDF format.
- Only one file may be submitted for each paper and must contain all
text, figures, and tables.
- All images must be placed in text as digital files just after the
first point of reference.

- Must accompany all papers.
- Grants the EERC permission to include your paper in the conference
proceedings (author retains copyright).

- All conference paper presenters must also prepare a PowerPoint presentation.

Poster Presenters

- Poster board size information and other guidelines on how to prepare your poster.
- Poster presenters are invited and encouraged to submit a paper (although
it is optional) to be included in the proceedings; see paper guidelines above.
