Listed below is the general information regarding exhibits to assist you in
planning for the conference.
Exhibit Schedule
Exhibits are open during the opening reception, during all conference
breaks, and in conjunction with the exhibit social and poster session.

Setup
Setup takes place on Sunday, October 25, between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m.
Opening registration begins at 6:30 p.m. that evening. Any boxes or crates
you have shipped will be located in the exhibit area at the setup time.
Teardown
Removal on Wednesday, October 28, begins at 4:00 p.m. Early teardown is
not permitted for any exhibitor. Your shipping
crates will be returned to your booth in the exhibit area at that time. Please
make sure you bring return shipment labels; your materials can then be picked
up and delivered directly to the shipping area for you.
Exhibitor Directory
An exhibitor directory will be printed and included in all attendee
registration packets. The directory will include your company's name, mailing
address, contact person, telephone number, e-mail, and Web site, along with
a brief (100-250-word) description of your company's service or product to
be exhibited.
Please e-mail your logo (high-resolution EPS or Vector file preferred)
and organization description to LaRae Foerster at
lfoerster@undeerc.org.
Your company will be added to the Air Quality
Conference Web site, with a link to your organization's
Web site.
Security
Standard hotel security is in effect throughout the conference. Outside
doors to the exhibit hall will be locked each evening. For more information
on the Marriott Crystal Gateway, check its Web site at
www.marriotthotels.com.
Shipping
Materials are shipped to and from the conference by the exhibitor.
Materials will be held up to 3 days in advance by the Marriott Crystal
Gateway. Also, please label each piece of your shipment with the company
name and box number of total boxes shipped (e.g., XYZ Co., Box 1 of 3).
