Exhibitor Fees
A. Premium Booth Space - SOLD OUT
Premium booth space is being offered at this year’s Air Quality Conference. With
an expanded exhibit, these spaces are located facing the main stage in the
exhibit hall. There are only 11 premium spaces available; space will fill up fast.
Meals and breaks take place in the exhibit area.
US$3000 (Includes primary booth attendant registration)
Additional Booth Staff: US$795
B. Standard Booth Space
30 standard booth spaces are available. These spaces are excellent, with
close proximity to the main entrance doors of the exhibit hall and close to
food and beverage stations.

Your Exhibitor Registration Includes the Following:
- One 8' x 10' space for freestanding booth in conference exhibit/break area
- One conference registration, including entry to all technical and
poster sessions
- Organization overview in exhibitor directory to be included in attendee packets
- Complementary Wi-Fi access in the exhibit hall
- Morning and afternoon break refreshments
- Exhibit/poster session social
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday luncheons
- Monday evening banquet
- Conference preregistration attendee list (Word format only)
- Conference preproceedings
- Web site listing with link to your organization's Web site
- Final conference attendee list (hard copy)
- Conference proceedings on CD-ROM
Your exhibitor registration confirms your booth space and also includes the following:
- Two chairs
- Electricity
- Skirted tables: 6', 8', schoolroom, or counter height
To assist with any design planning, the room has a red print
carpet with blue and gold highlights. Exhibit tables will be covered with white tablecloths
and blue skirting.
Payment information
Your booth payments will be processed in two separate transactions.
- First transaction: Premium space (US$2000) or standard space (US$1500),
plus any additional preconference workshop fees, will be paid to the UND
Energy & Environmental Research Center. This can be paid by credit card at
the time of registration.
- Second transaction: US$1000 paid to the EERC Foundation to use
for the sponsor portion of the exhibit social. Exhibitors will be invoiced
separately for this amount.
