On-Site E-Mail Stations
E-mail stations will be available for your use on a first-come,
first-served basis throughout the conference.
Technical Session Schedule
Technical sessions begin with the opening session on Monday, October 26,
2009, at 8:30 a.m. Technical sessions end on
Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 12:00 noon.
Special Events
Several special events will be held in conjunction with the conference
technical sessions, which will provide excellent networking opportunities for attendees.
- Sunday, October 25, 6:30-8:00 p.m.: Early registration.
- Monday, October 26, 6:10 p.m.: Social and banquet entertainment.
- Tuesday, October 27, 5:45–8:30 p.m.: Exhibit social and poster
session/cash bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
Proceedings
Preproceedings are available in hard copy (three-ring binder) format
on-site for those who select that option on the registration form. A CD-ROM
version of the proceedings will be mailed to all conference attendees
following the event.
